The “GOLDEN RULE”is a biblical principle that has an appeal that transcends its origins. After looking at many marketed real estate systems, Brad and Greg decided to create their own system based on the Golden Rule and their fondness for the principles of the Go-Giver book series. The end result is to build trusting and life-long relationships with like-minded people. Simple as that!
We want to work with clients who are very selective with the real estate professional they choose. The clients are very clear in their goals and desired outcomes. A life-long relationship is an aspect that our clients enjoy as it brings peace-of-mind that they have an agent, team, and brokerage that theyKNOW, LIKE, and TRUST. For us as Consultants, we are selective with the clients we choose as well. This is not meant to be viewed as snobbish or judgmental. We feel that the only way to give the best client-experience is to not be spread so thin that we shuffle off a client to an assistant or junior agent. Doing that reduces sincerity and integrity of a relationship. Being selective may not win us sales awards, and we are okay with that as we do not do this for awards, we do it for the “rewards” of working with clients, building new relationships, friendships, and then developing new relationships with the selected people our clients refer to us.
