CLIENT-CONSULTANT RELATIONSHIPS: We DO NOT believe in providing only transactional services for a single moment in time. We DO believe in developing life-long relational services and long-term planning that gives our clients “PEACE-OF-MIND” knowing that the agent that they KNOW, LIKE, and TRUST can ALWAYS be their representative in ALL specialties of real estate. The OLD WAY of real estate was that of a residential agent, who had a client that was interested in buying or selling of a commercial property, would refer their client away to a specialized commercial agent and then sit back and wait for a referral commission from said commercial agent. An entirely new relationship of building trust will then need to be developed by the client. The NEW WAY of real estate is FULL-SERVICE TEAMS. An agent always maintains a relationship with a client, no matter the type of transaction. If a transaction is outside of the agents expertise, the client is never referred away, but rather a specialist on the team (or brokerage) is brought in to work with the trusted agent and THEY BOTH work on behalf of the client to provide the best result possible. This way the most important aspect of this business, the CLIENT-CONSULTANT RELATIONSHIP, is never broken.
