Brad represented me and my family in the sale of my mom’s home after her passing. It was hard for our family to let go of the home as it had so many wonderful memories. I honestly can’t think of anything Brad could have done differently. From start to finish Brad made the process go very smooth and we all appreciated everything.
Wow — what a process it was selling our house! When my husband and I decided we wanted to leave California and relocate to the Midwest we had no idea what a crazy ride we had ahead. While we are friends with many realtors on the Central Coast, we knew we wanted to work with Brad on this because of his personal connections and familiarity with Five Cities as well as the home buyers we needed to target. We met with Brad to prioritize the things we should update before we listed and it really helped a lot. He made sure we addressed the right things and didn’t waste money and time. We readied the house and listed it within about 4 months, intentionally targeting the beginning of the high season for home sales.
We never would have predicted that within a week of listing our house a neighboring church property would end up in the news with some controversy over rezoning and possibly becoming a homeless shelter. Long story short, the uncertainty over the future of our neighborhood lasted almost a year. We had many showings during that time. People loved the house but ultimately were concerned about buying it under the circumstances. A neighbor ended up selling during that time for much less than they originally listed because of it all.
It was only about a month after some resolution to that situation came that we received a good offer (multiple actually) and soon sold our home. It’s without a doubt that if it weren’t for Brad’s guidance and representation it would have turned out a lot differently. I cannot say enough how appreciative we are to have worked with him — and he stuck with us through some really challenging times. He was always honest, solution-oriented, and never stopped advocating for us. We’re proud to recommend him.
